Controlling the AKM21C servo motor using LABVIEW

Solved!
Go to solution

Hello,

I'm trying to control 3 AKM21C motors using LABVIEW only. I want a user to be able to enter a certain length and width to move the motor in the x- and y-directions, through the LABVIEW GUI on Front Panel. Two of the motors have to move synchronously in the y-direction, while the third motor moves in x. I have a UMI-7774 motion interface connected to the AKD drive of the motors.

Could someone please guide me on how to proceed with this?

Hello,

Assuming you are using one of our motion controller cards, the follow guide will be an excellent step-by-step help to get you started: http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/375543c.pdf.

Just remove the period at the end of the link.
