LabVIEW version 7.1.1. It's missing some user.lib functions but they are probably easy to recreate.

I want to know step how to convert from the old version of labview to open in the new version, like version 4 to version 8, cos i have many files for version 4, but i have version 8.5. So please tell me because i want to convert it by myself.

You will need to open it in an intermediate version of LabVIEW (6.x - 8.2) and save the VIs.  Then open those in 8.5.  If you don't have access to one of those versions of LabVIEW, you'll have to find someone to do it for you.
