How does it look if you autoscale z?

 

Can you run your VI so the intensity graph contains data, then right-click the intensity graph followed by (data operation...make current value default). Now place this intensity graph into a new VI, save, and attach it here.

Here is the VI containing the intensity graph.  I have also autoscaled Z.

Do some logarithmic mapping.
