Create quick drop from block diagram

I know I've done it before on another computer, how do I highlight a section of code and create a quick drop from it? Let's say I create a base JKI state machine , edit it how I need, then highlight it and create a quick drop from that code named "JKI updated".

Then I go to a new VI and press ctrl + space and type in JKI updated and press enter, then its on my block diagram ready to go and move around.
