Creating My own Events

Does anyone have an example that shows how to use the event structure to monitor DAQ signals. For example if I have a value change on a digital line I would like an event to fire rather than use polling. thanks.

If I understand you correctly you are looking for a trigger. Search the LV-examples (Help >> Find examples) with that word and you will find examples to that topic.
