Creating a VI for a pump (VFD)

I need to control a US Electric pump (VFD) using LabVIEW. I have NI FP-1000 that's connected to FP-CTR-5000 and FP-TB-10. The other equipments that I will be using are Hart 202 modem, RS-485 modem, Win XP, LabVIEW 7.1. Anyone has a LabVIEW program that's written for a similar setup. If you do, could you please kindly forward to me.

Thanks,

Hermonite,
I am assuming you meant that you had an FP-TB-1 terminal block, not an FP-TB-10, which is used for dual channel modules -- the FP-CTR-500 requires the PF-TB-1.

I don't know exactly what you want to do with the FP-CTR-500, but it sounds like you may be wanting to do pulse width modulation.  The FP-CTR-500 can do pulse train generation -- see the following KB, but if you want to do pulse width modulation, there are specialized Fieldpoint modules for doing that such as the PF-PWM-520.

There are also a lot of examples on for Fieldpoint that you can find on our website.  A few are Generating Alternating Pulse Trains on the FP-CTR-500/502, Measure Frequency with LabVIEW and FieldPoint Using FP-CTR-500/502, Using LabVIEW 7.0 to Collect Data from FieldPoint Modules.

I hope this helps!
