Creating new controls

[how_the_size_of_windows_been_managed_while_the_events_been_sequensing]

i am new to LabVIEW.I don't know how to make use of user defined controls on front pannel.

Is it any option to export any animated images as my control with control over block diagram ,like FLASH, etc.. ,
