Current DC wrong values with USB 6341

Hi giant,

your USB6341 can also measure smaller input ranges than ±10V as is written in the specs!

What do you measure when you configure a DAQmx task measuring voltage with AI2 and setting input limits to ±0.2V (minimum range)?

What about 10-50 kHz sample rate (with block size/number of samples set to 1/10th of the sample rate)?

Best regards,
GerdW

It looks like your scaling in your MAX task is off. Open LabVIEW and click on help. Go to Find Examples and click on it. Search for "Voltage - Continous Input" Open that VI and run it. Select your channel and verify the voltage you are getting across the 0.010 resistor.

Kind regards,

In fact I am getting almost 0 throw the resistance of 10 miliohms. It means that something is not right. I was checking all my connections and they are right.

Do you know if it could be the usb cart or is a problem of my configuration?

Throw my voltage divisor i get the correct 10 volts measured by labview but using my shunt resistor i dont get it.

Hi,

I am measuring Voltage in Al1 and current with Al2. my motor connecting to a power supply tell me that its working at 14 volts and 1 ampere more or less. I would like to watch this values special the current throw my labview. I know that i could put less than 10 volts but i did my voltage divisor for 10 volts because i would like to see a closer value from my 14 volts.

I dont know why I am not getting the corect value of current. even if i change the sample rate and frequency i still get a really small current mA.

:x

thanks for your help
