It looks like you aren't the only one. Here's a couple of forum threads complaining about NI's increasingly poor to non-existent support over the last year.

Is the UK under a distributor arrangement, like here in Aus? There's no longer any direct sales or support from NI here, only through the distributor.

Michael - I think there is a distributor arrangement. Based on other replies here it looks like there is little hope of getting any assistance from NI direct.

Update on this one - after almost four weeks NI Hungary have issued a quote for reinstating SSP. I have licenses for LabView Professional, Vision Development and FPGA. The SSP lapsed two years ago (2019). Cost to reinstate is £16,500. Looks like this is based on the cost for the two lapsed years plus one going forwards.

If I purchase new licenses with 1 year SSP the total is £7220.

If I purchase new licenses with 3 years SSP, the total is £16,000.

Go figure that one?
