Customized button changes size on win98

I made several customized buttons. They look fine on a XP SP1 machine, but on a win98 machine, they all seem to be "fatter" (see attached image). How can they be fixed?

My system setup: XP Pro SP1 with LV7, screen resolution 1280x1024

Thanks,

Joe

p.s. I did not test the code on a win98 machine, just the executable.

You probably used a Text button as base for your customized buttons.
Check if the Win98 machine has Large Fonts selected in its Display
Properties.

Rolf, I used the dialog button. I might try using a different type when I have time. The win98 machine uses normal font size (96 pixles), same as the XP machine.

Thanks,

Are you using a strict type defn? Can you post one of your controls?

Jeremy, the control is not a type-def. Please check the attached one. Thanks for helping out.

Hi Joe,

I have not been able to find a working 98 box. I still have no idea what could be the problem.
