Customizing index of array LV7.0

Hi,

I'd like to customize the index of an array. Unfortunately still I have no success. I can customize other controls (see picture), but when I try to customize the index the Advanced/Customize point in the submenu is grayed.

I found in the forum messages what mentioned it is possible. How to do?

Start at reply #17 of this thread.

http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=170&message.id=127096

There was a lot of things discussed in that thread but we eventually get around to telling you how to do this.

In earlier version of LV you could customize a part of a control that was currently being customized. It appears that functionality was removed.

No fear! The above cited thread should give you a step by step procedure along with some interesting enhancements.

Have fun,
