Personally, I would install the latest version. Since 9.5 isn't listed as being compatible, why are you even mentioning it?

Thanks. I will install 9.8 version. One question, Should I need to unisntall the old one before I Install the new version ?

Is there different procedure to update DAQmx ? Just installation steps, right ?

That's not the latest! And no, you don't have to uninstall the old one.

The new should install just fine over the old.

If I was going to install an older version than what I had, then I think I'd have to uninstall the new in order to be able to install the older version.

Just drop the DVD in the drive and run setup.  Or download the drivers from NI's driver download page and run the setup.

David, Ravens, NI team

Thank you so much for help. Re-complied and rebuilted VI'S with 2012  again. Then installed and updated it with compatible version of NI DAQmx.

Now its working, and we are able edit DAQ assistants.

Thanks for support.

I'm glad to hear.  Good luck in ringing out the code and taking care of anything else you come across in the process of upgrading.

(Not sure who David is.  I assume you meant Dennis.)
