I'm sorry to hear that you are still having this problem. Do you have the Visa driver installed on your machine? If you do, it will install the Instrument I/O assistant. Could you try to place one of these on the block diagram and see if you get the same error?
If it does error out the same way, I believe the problem has to do with LabVIEW scripting that it done with the DAQ assistant. In order to fix this, I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the LabVIEW Run-time engines on your machine. This shouldn't take to long to try.
