Grazie mille

Good afternoon everyone, I need some help. I am trying to connect a DAQ 9189 system to the computer to acquire data from thermocouples present in two modules inside the DAQ; the connection is made via a LAN cable attached to an Ethernet/USB adapter, which in turn is connected to the computer. This DAQ is displayed in NI MAX under the Network Device section, whereas when I have worked in the past with another type of DAQ, that device was displayed under the Remote System section in NI MAX.
Can you help me understand what the real connection issue is and how to move it within NI MAX, because since it is not displayed under Remote System, I am unable to work with it in the LabVIEW environment as simple thermocouples measuring temperatures.
Thank you very much

Hi, as you can see in the photo, I have the two DAQ modules under Network Service, but I should have them under Remote Service to be able to work with them in LabVIEW, where I will create some simple variables associated with the thermocouples to acquire the temperatures.

Hi Silvia,
did you make sure the IP address(es) are within your local subnet (as indicated by that dialog)?
Btw. do you know how to provide more useful screenshots using tools like Windows-Snipit? (No need for blurry images from your mobile camera…)
Why did you set your own (English) question as solution?

I was wrong, I correct it, sorry I'm a new account. How can I make sure that the IP address(es) are within my local subnet?

I see two options:
