DAQ problem

Hi folks ,

I have a problem to asigning the output and for different output.

Here i have the snippet

I have to activate the 4th and deactivate the 5th port.

But i have a activated before the 0th port to turn on the PCB  before i reach this loop.

If I come to this loop the port 0 is activated again and the entire PCB is switched on . 

SO can you tell the reason behind it
