DAQ with distributable application

I have a Labview (6.1) application that reads analog channels (from an NI card), and I plan on distributing it using App Builder. The computer on which this will be installed already has the NI hardware/NI-DAQ installed and configured.

Do I need to include any DAQ dll's with the packaged application, if NI-DAQ is already installed on the computer? Are there any configuration tasks I need to do, after I install the Labview app to the target PC?

Thanks

If the computer you're installing your built application on already has a compatible version of NIDAQ on it you shouldn't need to include anything. The LV's interface dll will automatically be included when you build the application.

If the version of NIDAQ is compatable with the version of LV you're running, you'll need to download the correct version from NI's website and install it first.
