Could you post a MAX technical report of your system? This will give us a general idea of how your system is configured and what kind of NI software is installed. Below is a guide to generate one:

Hello FredATI, hope you are doing great.

 

Can you please verify you included the DAQmx runtime engine in the build.

 

Seems to me that it is working on the XP machine because you have the runtime engine in that computer  and not in the Windows 7 machine.

I found the problem!!

 

The .exe was located on the shared server.  When I move the .exe (and .ini and .alias) to the local C:/ drive, it works!

 

This issue is for Windows 7 only.  The .exe can run off the server in Windows XP.
