Your application is using traditional DAQ functions rather than GPIB. As previously stated by the ColeTrain, the functionality of the traditional DAQ commands have been replaced by the DAQmx commands. The specifics of the inputs and outputs are taken care of within the DAQmx Create Channel and DAQmx Write commands. A couple KBs might be helpful:
