DSC TAG Engine requires a slow start

My problem is: After I launched the tag engine in the client computer, I have to wait a certain time before I could read the data from server in other computer. The wait time is about 40 minutes for 1000 tags. However, if I use the ServerExplorer I can read the data immidiately; and if I use other third party client application(C++ application), I can also read the server data immidiately. That means the server works fine.
After that wait time passed, the tag read speed is normal and data can be updated in read time (no delay of the wait time).
I have tried to group the tags but it still didn't help.

Hi,
Please make sure that you are using the latest logos (which is 4.5.1.593) on both the server and the client PC. To determine the version, search for "lkcitdl.exe" and right click on this file and select "Properties>>version".

I have updated to logos (version 4.5.1.593) for both computer. It doesn't solve the problem.

Do you see the same behavior on another PC? If you do, please attach the .scf file and descrive the exact steps to reproduce the issue.
