DSM Bug 2025
Hello,
I wanted to move to the new LV2025 with a bunch of computers using the DSM for Logging of data.
Checking all requirements regarding hardware also for Win 11 the installation work fine on a test computer.
For the application I us the DSM to edit the logging parameters on a regular basis. Sometimes several times a day for specific variables.
In the DSM 2025 I had to find out that editing of variables is no longer possible.
This is the screen of one variable via the "Edit variable" in DSM 2025
Logging, Safety and Alarming can not be edited.
Using DSM 2022 the menu for the same variable type looks like this:
I Notices this on multiple computers.
In the Projekt Library the variables can be edited as previously used.
Not being able to Change the Alarms and Logging parameters on the go makes the whole DSM for my use case obsolet.
