Dear Caner,
The DAQ Assistance is installed with the driver NI-DAQ-mx. Just verify it in your MAX (Measurment and Automation Explorer)
To install the driver, look on the NI web site: Drivers and Updates
Best regards,

Hi Caner,
It sounds like your DAQmx driver may not have been properly installed, or perhaps that the driver has become corrupted by another installation of driver software. What we can try to do is to repair that DAQmx driver first, which you can do be going to your Control Panel >> Add / Remove Programs >> (change) National Instruments software >> (repair) DAQmx version X.X.
If this doesn't fix the problem for you, it'd be worth trying to uninstall the driver completely from the same location (remove), then to reinstall the latest driver.
When you reinstall your driver, make sure that you include support for your current version of LabVIEW.
I hope this information helps,
