Data Loss after working on an example file

Hello all, I have a serious problem,

As you can see in the picture, I started working on the ImageToArray Example.vi example file of labview vision toolkit a few weeks ago.

Today I opened from the recent files it in the morning and everything was there. An hour later, I tried to open the file again but it was no longer in the recent files so I navigated to the examples tree

and opened it, but all my work and changes were gone, the Image to Array VI was in its original state with only the tiny code it originally comes with.

I did not save the work somewhere else, I seems like Labview overwrote everything to the original example state.

What can I do? Am I looking in the wrong place? I am really desperate because I need to make the final adjustments on the program I made.

All I have left now is the image below is a screenshot of the code I took to show it to a colleague when I finished it weeks ago:

OK, I found the problem! as they say "despair is the mother of invention"...

I found the file listed in the 'recent' files of the Labview 32bits icon (Program Files folder). I was looking in the Program Files(x86 folder)/... my bad!

I hope this helps someone else.
