Please see attached images in order. Just type the name of server Manually, where its asking you to:
"1. Select or enter server name"
That should do it. If it still doesn't work... Ask your IT department how can you access that server. Via a domain with Windows login (my case) or
they just simply protect the server with user and password; if they did so, they have to lend you the 'user name and password' so you can have
access to it. In step "2. Enter information to log on to the server" two options are displayed:
- Use Windows NT Integrated Security (my case)
- Use a specific user name and security
