This thread is a year and a half old.  You should start a new thread with specific questions about what you are trying to do.

There are numerous threads in the forums discussing LabVIEW and databases.  You should try searching for them.

Hello Wut,

I'm unsure as to what exactly your question is regarding "setting method". Are you referring to DB Set Properties, Set Parameter Value, or another VI entirely? I might suggest following RavensFans advice to seek out information of the Database forums first, otherwise I might be able to assist you if you could explain what you wish to accomplish in your DB manipulations and which specific Vi's you have questions on.
