Datalog to analysis App crash

Just want to know if anyone has tried any kind of datalogging, which help in analysing the cause of the application (LabVIEW) crash. I do not intent to log too much data which will hog out the Disk space. The intent is just to know the cause of the crash . Do let know if there is any efficient way of doing it .

I guess LabVIEW nowadys comes along with this feature...

Havent you seen the pop up that appears whenever LV crashes (that also asks whether you would like to report the same to NI)?

Also it will recover the last saved copy of the code...

And by the way why you want to do this?
