Hi all,
I am developing code and it works perfectly on my development computer. However, on deployed systems the code glitches after 30-40 minutes. The code still records "data", but it is entirely noise.
Is there anything related to windows settings that could cause this? The data is being recorded using FPGAs, LabVIEW 2017 & 2018, and windows 10.
Thanks!
***I haven't attached code because I am unable to access it currently due to the pandemic.***

Can you give a little more information on the hardware? Where is the FPGA, for example?. How are things connected?

Sure. I am using two PCI7841R FPGA cards. In all the computers the code has been deployed to the same cards are being used and are all installed directly to the computer. The recording hardware is attached to the cards using the cables that NI recommends for those cards.
Does that help?

Does that computer go to sleep, and possibly take the hardware down with it?

I have asked one user and he stated that his set up is set not to fall asleep, turn off the screen, or use a screen saver.

That would've been too easy, right? Sorry, I'm out of ideas - for now.
