Differentiation

Hey , I am trying to differentiate the signal given below with respect to time (discrete time) , but having problems ! Please do tell me how to differentiate a given signal with respect to time discretely using VIs . Thanks 

P.S : The given signal is exponentially decaying signal

Is this a homework problem?  I would start with right clicking on the front panel-> selecting search -> and typing "derivative".
