Digits problem with DAQmx create channel vi

I have a Ni PCI-6251 card, I use it for voltage measurement. I use DAQmx create channel (AI-voltage-basic).vi for inputing minimum and maximum voltage. My voltage is small, when I input maximum like 0.01, the program set it 0.1, it seems I can not set maximum voltage below 0.1. I am not sure if this is the case?

Please help

The minimum range for the 6251 is +/-.1V. Did you read the specs?

Is any other card with 14bits, sampleing rate 2M/s, and minimum voltage 0.01V?

We don't really offer anything that can measure that low that fast.  The problem is that when you get that low, to maintain that kind of resolution required a longer measurement period.  I would suggest you get a pre amp for your signal and then you can bring it up to range of the DAQcard and utilize your full resolution.  This would also help reduce any environmental noise in your system.

Do you have any idea which Pre Amp will do this job with this card? Thanks

Anything that can bring your voltage up into the full range of the card.  It seems like any 10x amp would work but thats going to depend entirely on your system.
