Directx with Labview

I have to do an assignment at Labview, but I do not know how to start or where is the right path. I need some help pls

My job is to combine the activX function with the DirectX program so that the two can run together on one PC to display a full screen mode with several forms, for example circle that moves left and right, or for example what can be seen here in the following video.

This should be shown in a single window and the dialog should be shown in the other window.

Is your goal to play some pre-recorded video(media file) on Labview? I am not sure if this helps but home these links could give you a clearer direction on how to start. There are also some related example codes you can try have a look at.
