Dissapearing string.....

I have a question regarding the match pattern function,when i use the before substring terminal terminated to a indicator i dont get anything out on the front panel, but if I probe the terminal in the diagram I get the string I want, it seems to dissapear on its way to the front panel.

Are you sure the string is not there? Sometimes if you have only one line indicator and the string is much longer, you don't see it. Try to enlarge the indicator, and of course, be sure it's properly connected.
