Distances within Image

I am using NI Vision Assistant to help me work through the flow of how the image processing will work. I currently am at the point where it finds rectangle, but I want the distance from the center of the rectangle to the center of the frame. If anyone has any suggestions or can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Attached is the initial image:

This is where I am getting stuck at: http://prntscr.com/sbrwx

Thank you once again,

For future reference, you are more likely having questions like this answered in Machine Vision.

From your image I see the rectangle with the white box, by center of frame do you mean the image frame or the wooden frame?  When I open your image the first thing I see is a post and bar in the field of view of the object you are attempting to measure.  What steps have you attempted in Vision Assistant so far?  Do you have an sample script to upload to this forum?

I am currently not at my computer but I am looking for the white square. The steps that I have went through so far are:

1) Extract Luminescence Plane

2) Threshold to Binary Image

3) Convex Hull

4) Shape Matching

I will post the script later tonight.

Thank you!
