I assume you had LabVIEW 8.6 installed along with VI Analyzer 1.1.1. You then installed LabVIEW 8.6.1. Is that correct? Assuming it is, then you should have no problem with the VI Analyzer...it shouldn't require a reinstall. That being said, if you're having problems, let me know, along with answers to the following questions:
1. Are you on Windows? If so, is VI Analyzer 1.1.1 listed in Add/Remove Programs under NI Software? If not, it somehow got uninstalled, and you need to reinstall it.
2. If it is installed, does the VI Analyzer 1.1.1 appear as an activated toolkit under LabVIEW 8.6.1 in the NI License Manager? Does LabVIEW 8.6.1 appear as activated?
Next time you have a question, posting as much information as possible will help you get answers faster.

When you install a LabVIEW upgrade (i.e. going from 8.5 to 8.6.x), you need to reinstall the VI Analyzer as well. For VI Analyzer 1.1.1 for Linux, the product was shipped as a .tar file on the CD (not an installer), so all you need to do is un-tar the VI Analyzer files to the new LabVIEW 8.6.1 install location on your Linux machine and you should be ready to go. Note that there is no difference between the VI Analyzer 1.1.1 on Linux for LabVIEW versions 8.5 and 8.6.
For your reference, the VI Analyzer for Linux is located on your VI Analyzer CD in the following location: [CD]\LabVIEW_8.0-8.5\Linux\VIAnalyzer1_1Linux.tar. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
