Does Labview 8.6 provides any Signal montioring add - on pallettes.

Hi Friends,

i've a req whre i've to use some signal express functions of Tone and measurements (expres VI)

which claculates the Freq and Duty Cycle.

So my q? is whether Labview 8.6 have any refined versions of these kind of function pallettes.

Plz let me know bcoz i've to do something with the 1Khz freq tone.

which somebody adviced to go with SOund and Vibration Tool kit.

However, i am not ready to go for that and want to fix with the Labview functions.

The refinded versions of the express VIs are on the Signal Processing palette. You should learn how to use these (especially since you are apparently looking for a job programming LabVIEW).

Since you don't mention what this 'something' is that you want to do with the tone, I don't know how anyone can answer your question. You can view the new features in LabVIEW 8.6 yourself by going to http://www.ni.com/labview86/upgrade.htm.
