There is an update from LV 6.0 to 6.0.2 in french, you can access it at http://digital.ni.com/softlib.nsf/16a19f446db24ce5862568d2005b971c/f983bda17b8f401b862569ec005a11c2?OpenDocument but don't know if it will update a demo version.
