What does he mean by the thing "-o" ? I dont know. Anybody please clarify me.

Well most likely you don't have rights for certain files or they are locked so they can't be deleted. But you will definetly have problems.

I think the -o is a try to draw a smily Smiley Surprised

That VI is not in the palettes because the Delete function that is already on the palettes allows you to delete a directory recursively.  The "Delete Directory Recursive.vi" was added in LabVIEW 7.0...the Delete function did not allow recursive deletion until LabVIEW 8.0.  We've kept the VI around for backwards compatibility.

Hmm, either someone doesn't agree, or they're confusing 1-Star=Bad with 1-Star=Good.
