Does the Ni USB-4065 not support the latest self calibration command?

I have a Ni USB-4065 purchased in 2009, which cannot be self calibrated in Ni max 16.0 and 15.0. Why? Is it because of the firmware version or the Ni Max version?            How to solve this problem? thanks!

Hi,

Have you tried reinstalling DMM drivers? Do you face any errors when trying to self-calibrate? 

Another option would be to go to latest drivers and try out.
