Download labview 2015 base version for windows?

I want to download an application which will open only in LabVIEW 2015 version, when I'm trying to install the base version of LabVIEW 2015, it's showing up as a patch installer. This won't fulfill my requirements. Can anyone help me here to download the base version of 2015 LabVIEW RTE?

To be specific, LabVIEW base/full/pro, etc. has no meaning for a standalone executable (if that's what you mean by "application").

All you need is the runtime engine (as already mentioned) and possibly some drivers. What does the application do? Do you know who made it?
