Driver Wizard INF file dont tranfer vista to xp

A couple of more items worth considering:
 
1.  Vista 2 machine is using NI-VISA 4.0.  The earliest support Vista is NI-VISA 4.2.  I would update the driver on that computer to see if that changes any of the results.  Here is the link to NI-VISA 4.2.
 
2.  For your USB ports if you go into the BIOS you can change the port speed.  There should be 2 speeds full speed and high speed.  I would change the USB port speeds on the two computers that don't return data to the other choice and see if that makes any difference.
