E-mail hyperlink with Internet Toolkit

I need to E-mail a hyperlink using "SMTP Send Message" or other vi. Does anyone know how to do this?

I have done this with the Internet toolkit and learning some basic HTML.

An example is attached, you may have to change the URL generator to suit
your needs.
