ESPEC Chamber LAN Connection EXE Error

I want to control an ESPEC chamber via LAN. It works fine when I run it as a VI, however, I get error -1073807298 when I run the same VI as an executable.

Did you check the firewall settings?

You need to open the firewall for your executable, too…

I temporally disabled my Windows firewall and still the same error. Are there other firewall settings that I have to change? Where do I do that?
