Try to download the latest NI Services (Logos, Citadel, time synchronization) latest version and fixes and see if it fixes the problem.
ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/lookout/logos
If that doesn't sove the problem, send an detailed e-mail to NI support for LabVIEW DSC and we will deal with it.
