I've used other characters before. As far as I know, you have to have to have a font in your Windows/fonts or Winnt/fonts directory with Chinese or Korean characters available. (I'm sure you can find this on the net.) Once you have this font in that directory, LabVIEW will have it in the font list, and you can select it for text, control names, etc.
The only drawback is that if you don't use standard English Windows fonts, you will have to include the font and put it on the computer running the program.
