This is a Zero-Risk XNode: It has no terminals and no run-time functionality, But it does have edit-time functionality.
Place it on a block diagram. Then you can edit (via the Icon Editor) a Picture constant, Image cluster constant, or 24-bit Pixmap constant by simply dragging and dropping onto the XNode.
