Enter Serial Number screen does not appear while trying to activate LabVIEW.

I'm trying to activate LabVIEW 2019 with License Manager, but when I click on 'Enter Serial Number' the window flashes a couple of times and goes back to the Activation Code window.  I was able to get an activation code online by using the serial number and computer ID.  However, the activation code is no good, if I can't enter the serial number in License Manager.

If you are still experiencing this issue, I would suggest calling into National Instrument's technical support line (866) 275-6964 with your serial number for more direct assistance.
