Erorr 1921 NI System Web Server could not be stopped on 2011 install.

I am attempting to install LabVIEW 2011 and get this error. The service is in an indeterminate state. I get this error when trying to start the service from C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\NI WebServer: Instruction at "blah" referenced memory at "blahblah" could not be read.

How do I get around this error?

Hi Exile,

Were you able to install LV 2011 and this error occurs when you then try to launch it or does this error appear during installation preventing installation from occuring?  In either case, are there other programs running while this happens and does this error continue to occur even after the computer has been restarted?
