The original thread is 9 years old. The thread was updated 8 years ago and 5 years ago by people who were basically saying: "Oh, me too, me too!" They never got a response because a person who might know never looked at the post. And now you are adding on to the string of unresponded to posts.
First, have you gone through the original poat? are there any solutions there?
Second, if you don't find an answer there, START YOUR OWN THREAD. When you create it tell what hardware and software you have installed. Tell what you did to try and resolve the issue on your own, and reference this thread.
Third, do not respond to this thread except to append a reference to your new thread.
Do those things and you will have a chance of getting an answer.
