Error 1000 CCDB Not Opened

recently my p.c crashed. ( OS is Nt & sp4). Have reloaded the Labview 6i, when the vi is opened it displays Error 1000( CCDB not initiated drivers not opened)after ack ok. my vi runs properly until then my OPC is not loaded. have reloaded the labview 6i still the problem is not resolved. Can you tell me whats wrong do u suspect some problem in my OS.

This problem can occur if the server is not registered properly, or you do not have permission to access the register (logged in as non-administrator). I recommend uninstalling all NI software and reinstalling. What was happening when your PC crashed? Was a DSC application running?
