Error 10001 ocurred at DIO Port Config. Possible Reasons

You haven't upgraded either LabVIEW, NI-DAQ, or your VI and now you're getting an error?

I have not upgraded either LabView, NI-DAQ, or any VIs and the machine was currently running for 5 years previous to this morning.

With the wonderful stability provided by Windows operating systems, I guess it's not beyond the realm of possibility that something in either NI-DAQ or the VI became corrupt. I'd start by reinstalling LabVIEW and NI-DAQ but beyond that I don't have any other ideas.
