Error 1933 Installing NI-DAQ 7.4.4;

I tried downloading Traditional NI-DAQ (Legacy) , 7.4.4, Windows 2000/XP, Hardware Driver, March   2007 , English,  from the website as you suggested.  It gives the same error.

There might be a few services we can try disabling to see if this can resolve the issue.  I was checking through the Microsoft website for some more information on this error and came across this knowledgebase.  The resolution involves running some different commands as well as disabling a few different services that are involved with installation.  These methods resolve an error with installing Microsoft Office, so I would try this method.
