Error 2314: PCI Interrupt - any ideas why?

I haven't had any luck finding details on this error...  I am getting it when trying to load a LV7.1 executable.  

The executable runs fine on an older computer but no such luck on a newer one.  

The DAQ hardware is a PCI-MIO-16E-1 and I've installed NI-DAQ 7.4.4 (TDAQ744, traditional only). 

Again, I have not seen this error when configuring an older PC in the same way.  

Any ideas why I'm getting it or what I might be able to do to resolve it?
